AI agent

The Aigeon AI agent is a conversational interface inside the web console that can query your data, draft content, and take actions on your behalf. Open it from the AI button in the top nav.

What the agent can do

Query your data:

"How many contacts do I have in the weekly newsletter list?"

"What was the open rate on last Tuesday's campaign?"

"Which contacts clicked but didn't open in the last 30 days?"

Draft and schedule:

"Draft a re-engagement campaign for subscribers who haven't opened in 60 days. Use a subject line that creates urgency."

"Schedule the welcome flow draft I saved yesterday to go live tomorrow morning."

Manage contacts:

"Add the emails in this list to the beta testers group: alice@example.com, bob@example.com."

"Set the plan_tier field to 'pro' for everyone who purchased in April."

How it works

The agent has read/write access scoped to your organization. It translates your natural-language request into one or more Aigeon API calls, shows you what it plans to do, and asks for confirmation before any write operation (create, update, delete, send).

Conversation history

Agent sessions are stored per user per org and persist across browser sessions. Use the Sessions panel (left side of the AI pane) to revisit or continue previous conversations.

Limitations

• The agent cannot make changes to billing, domain DNS records, or user roles.
• It will not send live emails without explicit confirmation — it always previews the action first.
• Complex analytical queries (e.g. cohort analysis) may be approximated; export raw data via Analytics → Export CSV for precise calculations.
