Segments
A segment is a saved query over your contacts. Unlike a list, a segment re-runs every time you send — so it always reflects the current state of your data.
Creating a segment
From Contacts → Lists, open any list and click Add segment. The segment builder lets you stack conditions like:
tags contains "beta"clicked email in last 30 dayscustom field "plan" equals "pro"subscribed after 2026-01-01
Group conditions with AND / OR and nest if needed. The preview count updates live so you can see how many contacts your segment hits before saving.
Using segments in sends
Anywhere you pick a list (in a campaign or a flow trigger) you can pick a segment instead. Segments evaluate at send time, so the same segment used twice two weeks apart will generally match different contacts.
Analytics
Open a segment to see its analytics snapshot: size over time, open/click rates, revenue attribution (if you're on the publisher plan). The airflow job that rebuilds these numbers runs hourly; clicking Refresh forces a manual recompute.
