Aigeon's AI content tools help you go from idea to a polished newsletter draft faster. All AI features are available in the template editor and campaign creation flow.
Drafting from a prompt
Open Templates → Create template and click Generate with AI. Describe what you want to send:
"A product update announcing our new analytics dashboard. Target audience: power users on the pro plan. Tone: enthusiastic but professional. Include a CTA to try the dashboard."
The AI generates a complete template layout — header, article blocks, CTA button — which you can accept, regenerate, or edit section by section.
Subject line suggestions
On the campaign creation page, click Suggest subject lines (the sparkle icon next to the subject field). Aigeon generates five variants based on your template content and your org's historical open-rate data. Click any suggestion to use it.
Rewrite & tone adjustment
Select any text block in the template editor and click AI → Rewrite. Options:
- Shorter — trim without losing the key point.
- More engaging — punchier language, stronger verbs.
- Formal — business-appropriate register.
- Casual — conversational, friendly.
- Translate — renders the selected block in another language.
Performance summaries
After a campaign send, the analytics page includes an AI summary card: a three-sentence plain-language summary of how the campaign performed compared to your historical average, highlighting what worked and what to try differently next time.
Tips for better results
- Give the AI a clear audience and goal ("re-engage lapsed subscribers", "announce a feature to developers").
- Mention brand constraints ("no exclamation marks", "always use Oxford comma").
- Use the template editor's section-level rewrites rather than regenerating the whole template — it's faster and preserves formatting decisions you've already made.
