Email archive
Also known as: sent emails, email history, past campaigns, archive page, sent folder. Available at /email-archive/[organization_id] in the console.
Every campaign and flow send is archived automatically. The archive is both an internal tool (for debugging, reviewing past work, forwarding a past issue) and a public artifact (your audience can browse your history from your My Site archive tab).
Browsing the archive
Open Email Archive from the left nav. Filter by:
- Date range — last 7/30/90 days or a custom window.
- Flow / campaign — narrow to a specific send source.
- Recipient status — delivered, opened, bounced, unsubscribed.
- Subject search — substring match on the rendered subject.
Click any row to open a full rendered preview of what the recipient saw, including merge-field substitutions.
Public archive vs. private archive
- The private archive (inside the console) shows every send for every recipient — this is your source of truth for debugging. Only logged-in org members see it.
- The public archive (on your My Site or landing page) shows one canonical render of each campaign — no per-recipient data, nothing marked private. Toggle individual campaigns off from the archive tab of that campaign's detail page.
Retention
Aigeon retains rendered archives indefinitely, but per-recipient event data (opens, clicks) is kept for 2 years. Export critical events to your own store via webhooks if you need a longer horizon.
Forwarding a past email
Open a row, click Forward…, and enter any email address. Aigeon re-renders the campaign against the target contact's properties (or against a blank contact if the address isn't in your lists) and sends it.
