Analytics — email reports, click reports, poll reports
Also known as: reports, metrics, stats, email report, click report, poll report, custom report, performance, open rate, click rate, bounce rate. The /analytics section of the console is where these live.
Aigeon's analytics roll up every email event into dashboards at three levels of detail: organization, flow/campaign, and individual send.

Organization overview
The Analytics → Overview page summarizes your whole org: total sends, open rate, click rate, unsubscribe rate, complaint rate — each with week-over-week and month-over-month deltas.
Flow and campaign detail
Clicking into a specific flow or campaign opens a three-tab dashboard:
- Stats — headline metrics + time series.
- Activity feed — every open / click / bounce event in chronological order with IP, user agent, device.
- Click heatmap — percentage of clicks per link on the template, overlaid on the design.
Deliverability
Analytics → Deliverability breaks down inbox placement per receiving domain (gmail.com, yahoo.com, outlook.com, …). Aigeon's deliverability score is a blend of bounce rate, complaint rate, open rate, and authentication status — scores under 70 trigger a soft warning, under 50 block further sends until you remediate.
Custom reports
Build your own cross-cut with Analytics → Custom reports. Pick metrics, group by dimensions (flow, template, sending domain, device, …), apply filters, save. Saved reports can be scheduled as CSV exports to an email address.
Exporting
Every dashboard supports Export CSV. Backfills up to 90 days are instant; longer ranges queue a background job and email you the download link.
