We designed our onboarding process to be high-touch and low-stress. Whether you're migrating a single newsletter or a complex multi-publication portfolio, our team works alongside you to replicate your existing RSS feeds, automations, and custom designs. Our goal is a "set it and forget it" setup that's ready for launch in as little as one week.

How does the migration process work?

We aim to have most publishers live within 1–2 weeks. Our team handles the heavy lifting so you can stay focused on your content:

Data Import — Securely upload your subscriber lists via CSV.
Template Matching — We replicate your existing brand identity or build new custom templates for you.
Content & Data Ingestion — We configure your RSS feeds, dynamic content blocks, or manual sources.
Workflow Logic — We build out your automation flows, send cadences, and scheduling.
Deliverability Setup — We verify and configure your sending domain to ensure high inbox placement.
Launch Readiness — Comprehensive test sends occur before the final hand-off.

Do I have to migrate my entire list at once?

Not at all. You can migrate a single segment, one specific newsletter, or even launch a brand-new "pilot" project to test our features. Many high-volume publishers prefer this phased approach — starting with a secondary newsletter to validate the platform before transitioning their full operation.

Will my subscribers notice the switch?

If you use your own sending domain, the transition is invisible. Your "From" address stays exactly the same.
For publishers without a dedicated domain, we offer use of Aigeon's shared domain.

Can Aigeon handle complex HTML or custom RSS setups?

Yes. Aigeon specializes in more technical configurations. Whether you use custom HTML blocks, intricate RSS ingestion, or multi-step automations, our team will walk through your current workflow and help replicate it within Aigeon.

What level of support is provided during onboarding?

Standard Onboarding — We provide you with the resources and help guide you through account creation and setup to ensure you're able to start sending emails ASAP.
For Large-Scale Publishers — For organizations with high-volume lists or multi-publication portfolios, we offer dedicated migration support, including custom template coding and technical oversight.
