Settings (organization, team, billing, tools)

Also known as: account settings, org settings, profile, team, users, invitations, billing, subscription, payment method, plan, integrations. The /setting page in the console is the hub.

Everything that isn't a send lives under Settings. This page is the single source of truth for all non-send configuration.

Settings → Owner

Your personal profile as the account owner: display name, avatar, email. The Restart onboarding button re-opens the 4-step guided setup (useful if you want to re-run the welcome wizard).

Settings → Organization

Organization-level identity that appears to your audience and across all sends:

  • Organization name — shown in email headers and on your My Site pages.
  • Logo — used by the Header component in templates and on public pages.
  • Brand colors — defaults applied when the AI template generator creates new designs.
  • Timezone — default timezone for scheduling (overridden per-contact when a contact has their own).
  • Contact email / support email — public-facing address for unsubscribe and reply-handling.

An organization is Aigeon's top-level container. All your contacts, templates, flows, campaigns, domains, and webhooks belong to exactly one organization. You can belong to multiple organizations as a user and switch between them from the top-left org switcher.

Settings → Team users (members / invites / roles)

Also known as: team management, invite users, add member, permissions.

  • Invite user — enter an email and pick a role; the invitee gets an email link that takes them to /org-invitation/accept.
  • Rolesowner, admin, editor, viewer. Owners can change billing and delete the org; admins can do everything else except delete; editors can create/edit sends but can't manage users or keys; viewers can read-only.
  • Remove user — revokes access immediately; their outstanding invites (if any) are voided.
  • SSO / SAML — available on enterprise plans; configure in Organization → Security (ask sales to enable).

See API keys & permissions for the programmatic equivalent (API keys carry scoped permissions, not roles).

Settings → Payment & Billing

Also known as: billing, invoices, payment method, subscription, plan, Stripe.

  • Current plan — Free (ad-supported), Flat-rate (no-ads), or Enterprise. See the Pricing page for details.
  • Payment method — Aigeon uses Stripe. Add a card, update expiration, or switch between cards.
  • Invoices — download PDF invoices for every billing cycle. Also emailed to the org's billing contact.
  • Usage — live counter of sends-to-date in the current period so you know where you stand against your plan's cap.
  • Cancel or downgrade — available from the plan card; takes effect at the end of the current period.

If you're on the ad-supported plan, there are no charges. You receive RPM payouts via Stripe Connect (set up payout account from Settings → Payment → Payouts).

Settings → Tools

Also known as: integrations, add-ons, connected apps. Light-touch integrations that don't belong under a major feature:

  • Zapier / Make — generic event forwarders (use webhooks for production).
  • Google Analytics — UTM-aware forwarding of click events into your GA4 property.
  • CRM connectors — HubSpot, Salesforce (contact sync + engagement pushback). See also Data & Privacy.
  • Unsubscribe import — one-click import of suppression lists from common ESPs.

Deeper integrations use the REST API, webhooks, or the MCP server.
